Steve Jameson

Managing Director

Steve is the Managing Director and founding shareholder of Allied Exteriors Ltd. Steve is responsible for developing the higher level strategy, overseeing the financial control and governance of the company and developing key relationships within the building industry. Steve originally comes from a legal background in commercial and construction litigation before starting Allied Exteriors Ltd.

Gordon Brodie

Sales and Technical Advisor

Gordon is a founding shareholder and brings with him over 20 years experience in the cladding industry. Gordon is a past President of the Nuplex Contractors Federation (having been on the Executive for 5 Years) and is a Building & Construction Industry Training Organisation (BCITO) accredited examiner for the trade qualification of Proprietary Plaster Cladding Systems (PPCS). Gordon has sat on numerous advisory committees for the Department of Building and Housing and the BCITO and is widely regarded for his technical knowledge and expertise within our industry. Gordon is a registered Licensed Building Practitioner.

Glenn Stempher

General Manager

Glenn originally joined Allied Exteriors as a senior quantity surveyor and assumed responsibility for measuring, costing and quoting jobs. Glenn now manages the running and financial perfomance of the business operations and is on a mission to ensure our customers get excellent service and quality installations that will stand the test of time. Glenn has extensive operational manangement experience having run a large freight business for over 10 years before joining Allied Exteriors.

Craig Duffy

Business Development Manager

Craig has worked in Construction Site Management positions both in NZ and the UK for 14 years, running multi-level commercial projects. Following his return to NZ in 2006, Craig sold real estate for 3 years and has since joined Allied Exteriors as a Business Development Manager to help service our expanding client base. Craig has a keen interest in the building industry and will primarily be concentrating on the Exterior Plaster Cladding and Recladding markets. Craig aims to assist Allied Exteriors become the most successful Plastering, Painting and Re-clad Company in Auckland.

Stefan Coles

Opreations Manager

Stefan is responsible for the logistical management of Allied Exteriors’ operations including job scheduling, productivity and management of the work in progress. Stefan has extensive experience in operations management within the exterior cladding industry and is keen to impress our client base with top class service delivery and quality control.

Andy Nock

Contracts Manager - Plastering Division

Andy is responsible for the day to day management of our plastering teams. He administers the quality control program for our plastering contracts and works with our customers to ensure our plastering division is delivering top class service to our clients. Andy has extensive experience with all the main plaster systems and has many years of practical hands-on experience installing plaster cladding systems. He is able to utilise that  knowledge to assist our clients and other trades onsite to ensure a top quality cladding system is the end result.

Simon Mansfield

Contracts Manager - Painting Division

Simon is responsible for the day to day management of our painting teams. He administers our quality control program for our painting contracts and works with our customers to ensure our painting division delivers top class service to our clients. Simon is a trade qualified painter and has extensive experience project managing painting contracts from residential houses to multi-story hotels and office towers.

Evelyn Tate

Office Manager

Evelyn is our Office and Accounts Manager. Evelyn's responsibilities include accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, GST, preparation of monthly reporting and end of year accounts etc. Evelyn has many years of experience in the building industry with her last role heading up the accounts department within a major Auckland-based construction business.
